Radiation at any level is not necessarily toxic. Look up tritium. It occurs in the atmosphere naturally and it will be diluted in the river anyway to amounts less than natural occurence. Tritium is used in pretty much anything glow in the dark, such as watches. When tritium is ingested or inhales, its biologically dispelled or degraded in 7-14 days, so virtually impossible to cause serious health problems without heavy dosage. That exposure is not nearly as serious as this video makes it appear.

Tritium has an anual demand of roughly 400 grams per year. Its not a very popular substance in a nuclear plant and thus wouldn't be there in large quantities. In a nuclear plant such as that, tritium occurs in roughly 1 in 10k fissions as a rare biproduct. If they were doing this on purpose it wouldn't be tritium they used in my opinion.

I also want to say that when these things begin we most likely will loose all communication and electrical power. People who haven't prepared will wish to god they had. Martial Law is a horrible thing to contemplate and will be like living in a prison state. How can people be so stupid and self centered to the point they endanger their own children? When they have no resources and are forced to watch their children go hungry and have no clean water then these empty headed dolts will wake up.

Many of those who laugh at you will end up begging you for help. They have NO idea what is be planned.

Another neighbor, who is semi-awake (but thinks the muzzies are gonna get us) has all sorts of the one important necessity (uh-um!) but won't stock up on food and water. He thinks 'it won't happen in my lifetime'. He also has a wife and 2 girls. I have tried and tried and tried, and he just laughs at me. *sigh*

And, yes, I anxiously await the day they come crying to me! ;-)
