GTR's are not that cheap for anyone on here who doesn't know anything about them. Getting one in descent good condition over here in Okinawa at like auction with no dings, no rust an depends on year and all that crap, I mean my buddy just sold his I think its a 1995 or w/e GTR Authentic for about 50 grand but it's in great shape and its also sitting at about don't quote me around 650 "whp" ALso you have to have a step up of Insurance for GTR's RX-7's and soem otehr car over here I believe.

The car doesnt feel like a car that was meant to be driven it feels like a math problem. Although the BMW's I've owned were no where near the fastest cars in their class you could just drive it on some twisty roads and kick the tail out all day long unlike a skyline which more or less governs everything you do. I'd take fun over fast anyday.

They sell the same exact cars in the states right hand drive they sell here. They are fro purchase and you can drive them as daily drivers. haha wait till these guys try to take their cars back with them. been there done that. i was in okinawa from 03-05 and had a r32 skyline. the only way to ship that car back is in pieces,because its jap specs. the military wont pay shit for it, and the only way to get it into the usa is to contract it through a company in southern cal,who signs an agreement with customs to change it over to american specs as soon as it arrives. costs about 30,000 to do it. good luck people.

Guys No GTR (R32,R33,R34) were made Auto, none came with Auto gearboxes, now if you guys look carefully in the vid you'll notice they show 2 Skylines, 1's a GTR the other's a GTST which is an auto. At 2:09 it shows the R33 Gtst, Notice its got gauges and is missing the passenger air bag and ofcourse the diff steering wheel. Driving a Skyline is a wonderfull feeling but driving an Auto isnt.

looks like parts of Okinawa or so..good luck on getting it to the states..i know that since you think that you are military you can just ship it..that is not the fact..trust me i tried to do it when i was in the Marine Corps..when customs gets a hold of what you have done they are going to reject the car and give you 120 days to get rid of it or it will go up for auction..just giving you a heads up..there are a few ways to do it though..decent GTR 33 though..
