Why do you have your steamer connected in the middle of the tube? Further, why do you have your steam exit hole on the side? Is the tube PVC? If so, did you notice any significant warping of the tube when steaming? Did you have your tube tilt in any way? If so, then why this direction? I'm asking this because I am constructing a 5m long PVC steamer and all these questions I have thought of :) Nice job.
