The people who killed him may not like it, but by having him killed, they have made him legally innocent.

@Porkchoppa76 They didn't. There was no massive rush to the knoll immediately or minutes after the assassination. There were some people who ran in that direction because they saw a motorcycle police officer drop his bike and run to the knoll. There were plenty of people who ran in the direction of the TSBD and there were lots of people who walked away while others remained motionless. Dealey Plaza is an echo chamber which accounts for the confusion in the number and direction of the shots.
@jonnydupe07 I do not know. Do you know for a fact what he was chasing? Did you have that police officer's statement explaining why he was running up the knoll? I find it odd that he would be chasing someone. Nobody saw anyone on the knoll fire a weapon at the motorcade, or running away with one. There was no evidence of shots fired from the knoll (burnt leaves-spent shells). The police office standing on the triple underpass didn't see anyone with a weapon. I think you assume too much.

Lee Harvey Oswald is legally innocent for all time. As a lawyer I sometimes have to remind people that in order to be found guilty of a crime, a person must be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law in a trial by a jury of their peers. Since Oswald was killed before being brought to trial, he was denied the right to a trial and the right to defend himself. The people who killed him may not like it, but by having him killed, they have made him legally innocent.

There were some people who ran in that direction because they saw a motorcycle police officer drop his bike and run to the knoll. There were plenty of people who ran in the direction of the TSBD and there were lots of people who walked away while others remained motionless. Dealey Plaza is an echo chamber which accounts for the confusion in the number and direction of the shots.

What we do not hear from Holland and others is witnessing someone shooting, someone fleeing, someone with a weapon of any kind. What does he see and hear? Smoke and the sound of a rifle. You could find scores of similarities they shared (the majority drank milk-the majority rode a school bus at least once) and argue that was the common link that caused their deaths. No one has tested only the movements of the second. and third. shots, proven by video zapruther takes only 4 seconds. If testing will easily see that the conspiracy existed. Think LHO fired the second time, reloaded the gun, missed the target, had to find again the head moving from jfk to 90 feet away and shoot. Impossible in 4 seconds!.
