We had the second and third-largest snowfalls in the city's history in less than two months (on December 20, we got 23.2" and on February 5-6, we got 28.5").

You are correct. It's George S. Irving, Mr. Heat Miser himself. He even reprived the tole in the 2008 special.

You may also know him as the Underdog narrator from the 1960's cartoon series.

There is a problem with what you say because you cant scientifically prove magic of that calibur with limited technology and resources plus I believe one of snow misers abilities is probably to just refreeze himself which means he can probably regenerate after being turned into a puddle. Which is bad for heat miser because though water may extinguish fire all fire can do is turn water to vapor or a puddle as you stated earlier which can be refrozen.

Then again it probably adds up to matter can neither be created nor destroyed so it would probably be a tie with both of them being able to regenerate. Although ive never seen heat miser turn anything back to the way it was like snow miser can. Im not saying he cant because I dont know for sure but if he cant then i'd have to say that snow miser would definately win.
