The video seems to be fake as the smoke looks like that from a smoke machine. White smoke usually is steam from out of the radiator, ergo: overheated engine in this case (seems very plausible, doesn't it?) but the smoke seems a bit thick. If the video is real it must be the humidity and temperatures in that country.
