I believe it's behind the Demon Door in Bloodstone.

It's quite easy, really. Just play on the Lute, and release when told to.

Also, it looks epic with Knothole Knight Armor (or whatever it is called - you know what I'm talking bout,) and the Royal Crown which is unfortunately a DLC only item.

The firt knothole island quest comes close to the beginning of the game, the second comes before you go into the crucible, the third comes when you first reach bloodstone

Just to add for people who're wondering, you do NOT require the LCE version of Fable 2 to be able to "buy" the Rifle.

Hal's Rifle is gainable by just having the Knothole Isle DLC.

The armor set and the sword DO require you to have the DLC ofcourse.

If you want the armor, you need the Legendary/Special (whatever it is) edition of the game and the code which you get from Xbox Live. Dude, just a word of advice- You did well capturing the screen with the camera; The light balance was right, etc. It was almost as good as you could get it with what you had.

But do us a favor and put the camera on a table or something stationary. The constant wobbling will distract from your video.
