Anyone who has had to deal with this corrupt "justice" system knows that they are about anything but justice. Some of us may be naive for a while, thinking that the judge will always side with what is right. After a while, it's pretty clear that they're not on our side. When I learned that the DA (CSS) receives federal grants for every dollar they make from child support, it was obvious why they are so cruel in their efforts to collect every dollar they can. You have to file a change in support order with the FOC or court. Check with your attorney or FOC on the process. Make sure you claim the correct amount of exemptions on your state and federal W-4 so as to minimize the amount of your returns...

in nj they obligate u to pay or u go to jail even when u dont work they said i have to pay or they will put me in jail i have a second familly with a son of three and is hard i and they took his tax refund when i claim him last year and i dont even see my son that i pay childsupport

She isn't joking about it being all about money. I cannot afford the whole obligation and want to ask for a reduction, but because I cannot pay the full amount, I cannot ask for one until I'm current for 3 months. They took away my ability to drive, I don't have my own car, and there are no decent paying jobs in the area that I can get to. I'm probably gonna end up in court with the Assistant DA trying to hang me again over this again.
