This film, inter alia, contains a very disturbing scene of a terrorist executed in Lebanon. They blow half his dead and he goes for about two minutes twitching and gasping until he finally dies.
That twitching is not him squirming, its hisspasm and reflexes, what ur clearly seeing is the organs final breathes, no pain involved what so ever, want another example, watch kill bill. its a film, but involves detailed spasm reflexes. wheres his head is slammed with a door constantly and he twitches after one final blow

But you often enough will see victims of cerebral penetration screaming and even uttering. But enough of that, I don't want to talk you into a conviction you don't share. I'm afraid I have to disappoint you, but a head shot doesn't kill you instantly. You'll have about a minute to suffer the most splitting headache you ever had, 'til you finally die. Being shot in the head is one of the most painful ways to die. Remember that, when you ever should try to kill yourself ;-).
Of course you (usually) die when shot in the head - Bur it's not like "Boom - dead" but more like "Boom - several minutes of jerking and rattling - dead". Trust me on this, I'm working at our local trauma surgery and I know about brain damage. A lot of neural tissue has to be destroyed for immediate lethal injury. Large caliber rounds or shotgun spreadfire of course will do the trick, but standard 9mm bullet penetration gives you a great chance to live long enough to experience some real pain.

Damaging one part will not necessarily stop the whole apparatus but impede the sensory or motor system. Hitting the brain stem will result in an almost instant death but you'll have to shoot in the back of your neck - a very common execution method, but rather unlikely a way to be hit by a bullet during a fire fight.
Em, u certainly forgot the something also, the most obvious, A bullet doesnt just hit red light once it hits a head, it continues then eventually stops, so it does considerable damage, and since most shots are from face-to-face, then it will travel along the brain damaging several if not all parts, hence, death!
Look, that game was really easy to complete, you have superpowers that can kill every enemy in the room in the most badassed fashion possible, you have precision aiming, you have barrage, a burst of invincibility alongside a burst of bullets, and the ability to increase your own health! Does it get any easier than that?

two, if you get shot in the eye, you dont grab in and moan, your DEAD. people dont usually shrug off head shots, what with the brain damage and all.
