Not 100% sure if they produce them ... but if not, they could advice you who does. ... still, I think they must be the ones ...

... however, instruments like that are not in a serial manufactury ... may be you'll have to place an order first, and wait some time after that till it's ready ...

tambura is old türk music enstruman. And its another name is dombıra (dombra) R Bulgarians Türk ( Oghuz ) ?

Things from the "old" Osman empire are not necessary be Turk! It might be Bulgarian, Serbian, Greek, Iranian, Armenian or whatever...

no, this is traditional kuzhebarian tune!
