  • 1:37 dude was about to roll a washout....lol

  • He Sure can handle the balls :P

  • aw this is perfect for my friend thank you..I've been trying to explain how to take steps..she walks, then runs up to the line and THEN throws the ball. She has fibro, and bowling hurts her arm so she uses a light ball...but I KNOW that with the right FOOTWORK, she can bowl NICE and SMOOOOTH.

  • @dfmarie07 fibro being a women same thing right?

  • haha watch this as im gonna go bowling tonight!!!

  • I got Randy high for the first time when he was 16.

  • @pumazpawz lol

  • After you release the ball, does your body need to rise a little bit? Please answer A.S.A.P!

  • @bernessacookie you should stay at pretty much the same angle all the way through your approach, maybe even decrease your angle a little bit at the finish.

  • After you release the ball, does your body need to rise a little bit?

  • @bernessacookie you should really stay almost straight up when you bowl and dont drop your shoulder

  • That is Ralph Solan, formerly of Utah, throwing the ball. How you doing Ralph!

  • gr8 vid.!

  • Randy Pederson talking about the basics of good form when he hasn't the talent to apply them is ironic. Randy, your continued involvement in this once great but now eroded game is evidence of your contempt for those truly talented giants upon whose shoulders you and your ilk stand. In addition, you have the voice of Kermit the Frog.

  • Omg pederson is teaching

  • Randy Pederson is marvelous!

  • perfect!

  • this video is great. =) now my timing isnt so off . 5/5

  • why do ppl do that bowling-thing... with the foot, they take one of the feet behind the other, sry i suck at english but, u see : p

  • I think it's because you're following through with your momentum. You need to kick your right foot out so you kick it out behind you - since you're not allowed to step over the line.

  • @2KelemeNt

Most good bowlers have an arm swing that stays tight to their body. Part of it is to stay balanced at the line, another part of it is so that they clear their leg/hip out of the way so the ball can come through with plenty of room.

  • @2KelemeNt

It's the most natural place for your foot and leg to go to make way for the swing, maintain balance and allow the momentum of the swing and the approach to transfer into force on the ball. I just started doing this even before I started to study proper bowling technique because of how natural it feels. If you think about it, there really is no other logical place for your leg to go to make way for that ball.

  • preety nice vid ^^ 5/5
