He's not off beat or rushing. Missouri fiddle tunes are played slightly ahead of the beat. It's what gives them that 'driving' sound. This aint classical music, city slicker. Go back to the orchestra.

Great. However, hand position needs to be fixed and the violin needs to listen more to everyone else- he is not with the beat and he is rushing.
