  • traviss??? he was a teacher at my fiddle camp :D

  • Can't tell for sure, but that sure sounds like my buddy Travis Inman playing this tune. Travis is a great fiddler!

  • @luvthemusic73 Pretty sure thats travis!

  • I love MIssouri Fiddling. I love the ozarks for that matter.

  • Love it!

  • Is that you TRAVIS???

  • A very nice example. Thank you for uploading suuch a fine video.

  • i lived in west plains for almost 5 years such a beautiful area

  • I just happen to be in this video. I'm the bass player, at the far left. :-)

  • Right On! Make a Joyfull Noise! BRAVO! :: Applause :: Sheri Hooper -c/o- Charming Belles

  • Great. However, hand position needs to be fixed and the violin needs to listen more to everyone else- he is not with the beat and he is rushing.

  • Like you said-GREAT. Who really cares a about hand position if he's getting a good sound? They're having fun, not auditioning for the Philharmonic.Definitely, he should get in time with the others, though.

  • A good back up should always follow the fiddler as they are the driver.

  • He's not off beat or rushing. Missouri fiddle tunes are played slightly ahead of the beat. It's what gives them that 'driving' sound. This aint classical music, city slicker. Go back to the orchestra.
