  • can you relapse while taking you're anti-psychotics because my hallucinations have came back but im on my meds

or does it just mean that i was right and it was all real ??

  • no, you CAN relapse even if you are taking meds...you might need a higher dose of medications or a different kind or different combo. please talk to your doctor and let your doctor know what you are experiencing...you need to get help so things don't get worse...

  • THANKYOU !!!!!!

im going to see the people from the early intervention team i'll tell them and they will let my psychiatrist know

    thank you n_n

  • yes, just identify it and try to think out of it. Otherwise, you have to go back to the funny farm and deal with the crazy ppl who claim they're helping. Keep a journal, you can see it. "That's not right. That's not logical thinking" will hold you off for a long time. Anger is from the medicine. I wasn't angry before.

  • There are 2 indicators for me: hearing music constantly and "skipping" thoughts. The skipped thoughts lead to derailment of thoughts and spoken words. The music leads to preoccupation and distraction. And pretty soon the whole thing falls apart. But I do think I have trained myself to notice this. I guess it is because I have relapsed so many times I just recognize now when I am on my way there.

  • Great videos! So helpful and I think the concept of training yourself is something to think about, look for patterns maybe? :)

  • good video
