I liked Ashihara better than Enshin, the kata are better for fighters like me, not so many high kicks, more low kicks, real life...

i make ashihara karate in romania its pretty hard i know 3 kata shoshin no kata sono ichi , ni and kihon no kata sono ichi

Yeah...this is good though I like the Ashihara Kaikan Moscow Branch video better. This is one of the greatest instructional video training clips that anyone can learn from esp. people with no fighting experience.

great kata as always ashihara kata impresses and the guy doing this one was really good but the moves differ from what ive seen taught in most NIKO dojus any way the kata is supposed to suit the situation i guess right?
