I would remind all posters to be respectful of each others opinions. This video was made by Lucy Lawless and was a close personal friend of all involved. It was shown on New Zealand television only. Any and all slamming will be removed.

Remember, RVREVO was a fan too and you should be greatful that this video is being shown for the whole world to see how much love there was and still is.

OMG! I just found out a couple of days ago that he died. (June 2011). Why wasn't this news in the USA. Damn media. It comes as quite a shock since I grew up watching him play Ares on Hercules. He was very funny and sexy. Two traits hard to find in most actors. R.I.P. Kevin.

I just found out he'd passed away in 2009, and it was like a shock for me because I always admired him and how wonderful he played Ares.

I am Xena-addicted, always watched, just like Hercules and the young Hercules, plus the movies, so the notice fell like a bomb to me.

I believed he'd stopped acting as well, would never imagine.

@AMERICANN666 - he had just finished filming a movie in China and was scheduled to work in Hawaii with Bruce Wilys. Sadly he fell from the top of one of the castle sets used in the Chinese movie. It was released in Asia but for some reason not for the rest of the world.

at least tenthousand of Ares fans, mostly in Talking Xena Forums and the few million or so who follow AusXIP (Australian Xena Information Page), plus the charities that were set up and still ongoing currently, would've been aware of his passing in 2002. Considering other events were happening in the US at the time may be the very factor why some might've missed this.
