The attitude about race today (militant egalitarianism) would be foreign to anyone prior to the mid 20th century. Even enlightenment liberals. Nietzsche did not need to emphasize a "white race" because such (even if it would not have perhaps been called "white") was simply a given in relation to the rest of the world. Even liberals like Mill and Locke would be apalled at today's cultural Marxism/race mixing even if Marxists hide behind distorting their ideas to justify their policies.

I'm quickly realizing how important a philosopher Nietzsche was. From what I can gather of his legitimate writings, he was not a racist at all. He just thought the finest among should have ample opportunity to rule.

That's okay. If you are any kind of nationalist, the logical response should be: "Alright then. Let's find out who is best." I am sure some of you out there can educate me further on Nietzche. I will welcome the constructive criticism.
