I don't get the criticism about Laffer. Olbermann miss pronounced the pauses in the quote, where the cammas separated three items 1) Healthcare done by the gov't, 2) Medicare and 3) Medicaid. So, does this mean Olbermann can't read?

Also, Laffer said that tax cuts to the rich helps all people. This is the same as when JFK (I hear he's a Democrat and a Liberal) said the same thing. Plus when Bush 41 raised taxes on yachts it hurt working class people, but were hired once the tax was gone.
