Plasto, are you a pilot or licensed aircraft mechanic? I am both, and can tell you that you are way wrong! Aircraft strobes can strobe at different frequencies depending on the manufacturer and there is no FAA requirement for them to flash twice per second. You made the same comment about strobes and rotating beacons on another YouTube site and you seriously need to check your facts!

Those flash nothing like heli or airplane lights.
The whites flash way too fast, and should be a double flash every second. Not just the one flash every second.
When there are people selling crap like this, it is why it is so damn hard to find someone selling the right item.
