True this is not the original way of making injera and that was the point of the video was to show the secrecy that goes into the ingredients. The people cooking would not show me how they make it. Either way the history and the country is a fascinating story.

I am kinda amazed why don't they reveal the recipes of injera? There are so many k especially for Ethiopians living abroad to make their own injera.
