the bad parenting is that she didnt follow through and actually try to get it out, it may have looked like it but she could have got it out if she wanted to. the kid is going to grow up to be disobedient if she keeps parenting like that. but im not saying that parents are perfect, or that she doesnt normally follow through.
I fail to see where this is bad parenting... i know that dog food doesn't look that apetizing but really there's nothing damageable in there, hell it's probably better for the health than half of the human food...And she IS saying no and trying to get it out of her mouth...
