The sticker on the hardwoods is the JKA "recommended product" sticker. It's the same sticker as on the 5-cup kendamas from Yamagata Koubou, and the same (in a different color) as on the TK Junior. These stickers in effect allow the JKA to collect a tax on kendamas that aren't official competition kendamas.
Actually that's not a TK16, ALL of the kendamas in this video are Ooozora kendamas. The silver painted, the wood painted, the Cherry Red, and the Enjyu kendamas you have are ALL Oozoras.

tk = durable as hell but not very playable in harder tricks. Oozora = not AS durable but very professional feeling
