  • He's right about the HOA. I lived in a HOA community and a family painted their house a bright blue, like the Blue Clue's cartoon character and the association made them paint it back to a neutral that blended with the community.

  • i buy that house right now

  • i do believe that if you do so want to paint your house fuchsia or lime green, then you should be able to

  • Robbers took the stuff or the people who lived there before?

  • I HAVENT WASHED MY BALLS IN TWO MONTHS!!!!!!

  • its a cement box in the middle of a treeless desert.

  • For you that are clueless we living in under "old glory" are in big trouble. This is going to be a third world country with people living very poorly. Oh well go back to sleep or sit in front of American Idol an be a critic of how someone sounds. De-evolution is here.

  • Great Video Man Hell Of a Job Do More

  • if the area is full of crime then i wouldnt take one of them homes for free

  • What happens when Peak Oil hits? Who is going to be able to drive an hour and a half?

  • I would never live in California because it is a Nazi state because the Law abiding citizen is not allowed to protect themselves and their property....

  • What they didn't tell you in this video is that the fireplace had a resale value of 300K.

  • Look at the bright side though....these houses will give all of america's homeless a nice cover now....in fact, since all your banks there are foreclosing on everyone's homes....You're all going to have a massive homeless population now too. So as I've seen so many racist comments about immigration into your country, remember that as you try to make your way into Canada We've already recieved your actor Randy Quaid and his wife illegally. Rock on Canada.

  • 39k Woooooooooow

  • Who took the fireplace? The previous owners?

  • 330k - 39k? WOW

  • I s there a prison near by.

  • @jendeh1000 Prison near by ?? NO but it would beat a Recession ( depression)

  • I have spent a few nights in Victorville Ca they have a big truckstop but my former boss lives there he had a concrete truck and was doing great I havent been in touch he must have changed his number. Last time I was there was 05

  • WOW IM MOVING TO CALIFORNIA GREAT DEALS NICE

  • @amcanmike Minus the good paying jobs!

  • When the collapse comes everyone will be animals white and colored. when you are fighting for water and food. your only hope for survival will be your humanity and fellow being you will have to learn to work together create a new system within your community or you will be poorer and live like a animal.

  • You have to love the tire skids on the sidewalk.

  • Fuck all of you racist idiots.

  • @AhmadinejadisLord Don't worry about these stupid white folks. They'll need to learn Chinese soon when they take over and then they'll start hating Chinese.

  • HOA sucks

  • House prices go down lots when becomes ghetto of niggers..its a fact!

Who in their mind wants to live in a neigborhood full of pimps, drugs and gang bangers of which niggers most generally are.

This should be taken in consideration besides the banking crisis.

  • @bigaallaann

I left Victorville in 2000, saw first hand what happened. In the 70's Victorville was a charming little desert community, then it turned into a mexican/negro infested shit hole.

Same thing happened to my hometown of Inglewood in the 60's when I left.

Nice safe wholesome white neighborhoods always turn to shit when they become infested with minorities, then they cry about how they are living in ghettos. Then they cry about it being the fault of white racism.

  • @TheJomogogo Very True and couldn`t agree with you more.

Inglewood is nick named niggerwood, besides that you have Compton and Watts in LA...Lived in LA for 12 yrs before..note when neigbourhood areas are changing from white to black etc..I nick named it the Twilight Zone..anything could happen.

I used to work at Ist Interstate Bank,707 Wilshire Blvd but thankfully live on Las Alturas Street located in Hollywood Hills away from these fucking niggers etc.

  • @bigaallaann

Yep, seen it all around the country, anyplace Africans inhabit becomes like Africa, and all that goes with it.

  • No one believed it, but housing prices across the nation will fall to (or below) 1970's pricing. People strip houses to sell what they can at swap meets or at garage sales.

  • Must be niggers breaking in and stealing everything.

  • @bigaallaann

Are you sure about that? Might be "crackers" or "white trash" who are just (or even more) responsible.

  • @theroilsoil...I am pretty sure because only niggers make the most crime in the USA..Prison population is majority nigger.

I assume your a nigger or a nigger lover! Being a nigger lover is worse than being a nigger. Never have trusted a nigger and never will.

The most destested race worldwide are niggers a long with muslim scum.

The day the world stood still in grief, anger and shock was 9/11,this event will never be forgotten in history.

    Fuck all niggers and muslims.

  • I'll give you $100 bucks for it rite now.

  • But maybe if a few gangs leave their mark, a few rumours of rape, you drop a handfull of drug dealers around, a few perverts move next door (squating off course), add an ecclectic bum into the picture & oh don't forget the kido's graphic arts, that joint just might enter my begbucks price range!

  • couple dudes in a beat up volvo, but 39k for that i$ an overpriced rip-off especially w/ all that HOA surburban crap! I planed my life around tenting/homelessness until recent POSITIVE downward trends have opened new doors for me but still; A house should never cost more than 10,000 & most should be in the 2-5k, While its a step in the right direction (like a rock) the price needs to drop ALOT more (tough shit being a educted, conformist sucker but housing is a right - not a privilage!)...

  • I am huge fan of Absurdism myself. But that is just me.

  • wow can you really buy a property this cheap?

  • Yup! The economy is about to collapse, pretty soon you could buy any $450,000 home for around $69 thousand.

  • nothing new if you have lived in the HD

  • I don't want that house. Who would your neighbors be?

  • hopefully NOT you!

  • Not a good idea to be surrounded by people who have lost hope.

  • Sometimes when you lose hope in one aspect, you gain faith in another.

  • hey i seen this house and its not in Victorville its in Adelanto. Theres a lot oh house in adelanto like that am surprised they didnt take the a/c unit because people would take them or steal them i use to live in Adelanto when it use to be a nice place but then it go all crazy with wanabes gansters and a lot of thief and that house is in a really bad place some parts of adelanto is like compton.

  • Heather your problem is you live in california hahahah come to North Idaho land of the free people =)

  • it's actually 2 1/2 hours to west l.a. not 1 1/2 and it's only 2 1/2 if you get lucky and don't have traffic.

    good luck with that

  • What is this "mela ruse" (not sure if I got that right) you're talking about when also talking about association fees?

  • Mello Roos is like an Home Owners Association (HOA). Mello Roos is specific to California that started in the 80's. Privatized housing district contracts between owner and district. Damn there a separate country.

Altavista search it. To hell with google.

  • My wife and I loved to visit the $500k MacMansion model homes 10 years ago. I couldn't imagine who could qualify for the loans other than a lawyer doctor or business owner, and yet they were selling to anyone and everyone. The financial calculators they give you allow you to qualify for a loan that costs 2x your monthly net pay. Now as taxpayers the gov't is forcing us to pay those mortgages.

  • my neighbors painted their house canary yellow, and I dont care its theirs. They should be able to do that with their house. If the homes were priced on real prices then no one would mind things like that, because the preceived value is what can flucuate, but actual value is actual value.

  • My mother and sister both have nice homes in very nice neighborhoods in Vegas. They pay Fees to the neighborhood associations. Both of their homes have been broken into this past year yielding thousands to the thefts. Fees don't stop Theft. Myth.

  • That 40k house is still selling for 450k in my location, and this is WHY the govt is so desperate to keep the bubble inflated, because americans won't pay mortgages on 400k homes once they know the home is only worth 30k. SPEND GOVT SPEND!!!

  • I know I've told this to you before George, but

    You're making very good videos.

    Thanks for all this INFORMATION

    Best wishes from Spain

    Ignacio

  • thats funny to understand both points at the exact same time. i would NEVER live in that sort of neighborhood as I like living in the country but there are those who would and dont want to look at a pink house or a neighboor who is collecting broken down cars next door. To each there own is the moral of this story. 39k is sweet even if its living in a dirt bowl broke down city like this place appears to be.

  • Homwowners's Associations are of the devil. Never buy a home where there is an association. The dues, rules, and conflict will make your life miserable no matter how nice your home is.

  • They took the freaken fireplace & the whole kitchen? Holy crap! I don't know, but I think that myabe 39K is too much for a box in a boarded up, drug infested sandlot, miles away from civilization.

  • George, explain the mella roos or whatever it's called, is that like the local housing association for the sub-divisions or what? Thanks.

  • The name comes from its co-authors, Senator Henry Mello of the Monterey area and Los Angeles assemblyman Mike Roos. Mello-Roos enabled Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) to be established by local government agencies as a means of obtaining community funding.

  • So much greed involved with this collapse from the top to the bottom...just unreal.

  • who cares ill park my goddam car wherever i want should be able to paint your house whatever color u what i wouldnt buy a house there all it is now is a getto thugs and dope dealers gang bangers they couldnt give me a house there

  • Call me crazy, but I would actually prefer to live next door to the lumpenproletariat than to live next door to an illiterate d-bag who spent time talking shit about them on the internet. But that is just me.

  • i didnt quite understand did he say "metal roofs" thanks

  • if you think this area is bad check out GARY, INDIANA.....

  • LOL I can vouch for that. It's been that way for 20 years though. My dad traveled there to work on manufacturing equipment and even in the 70s it was rough there.

It may be the most depressing place on earth. At least in a collapsed Cali it still looks nice and the weather is tolerable.

  • it funny my family was in really bad shape until we bought one of these crazy cheap forclosed homes

  • I disagree about HOAs. Those dictatorettes are always looking for something to nitpick you to death about and cull fines for. With a housing politburo, aka HOA, you don't have any freedom or very little in terms of what you can/cannot do with your private property.

But then, that's why living in a sardine can subdivision, like was shown here, is anathema to me. If at all possible, it's always best to get a large property lot out away from the urban sprawl and have much more leeway and freedom.

  • Yeah, HOA sucks sometimes. Except for keeping 10 junk cars out of neighbors yard, security, snow removal. Catch 22 type thing.

  • People in LA think this will never happen to them.

  • I know. My pal there is on disability he thinks will never end, living in a costly condo. Uh oh. I tried to sell him a good disability income insurance policy years ago and he blew up on me. Then, came unipolar depression.

  • Thank you George, and Sammy, for this series of videos. Very informative.

  • $330K for a cracker-box in the desert.

    Insane housing bubble.

  • Yes, an INSANE housing bubble and when she popped she popped BIG TIME! The only question I have, is where were the big paying jobs in this area to support the big payments on houses like this??? Oh, that`s right, they are in China, not Victorville!!!

  • that guys cool

  • Most Black folks are cool...

  • No. Maybe YOU are just a fag who can't deal with it, how about that? YOU is who YOU is bitch!!! LOL

  • Quite a few jaw dropping moments in this series. Would love to see more.

  • Good Stuff, George.

  • just proves that trying to prop up house prices is stupid. the only thing that will get all these houses sold is letting the prices go down. bam.

  • 39K well hell if I had that in cash Id buy it.

  • love and marriage love and marriage goes together like a horse and carriage here i tell you broooother you cab't have one without the otttthhheeerrrrrr

  • Al Bundy For President!!!!

  • ~I second that motion =)

  • Hell yea!!! Im bout to buy me a house now!!

  • Fuck Mela Ruse' what a joke, get a dog and a gun

  • A good example of what happens when one 'ism' dominates another.

  • Because all 'isms' are equally valid? Lulz.

  • They are all equally screwed up. It's better to have a giant pile of crap that is balanced properly than one that is about to fall over and crush you.

  • What's that? Moderat*ism*?
