I have to disagree. I'm not fond of Big-Al however. I think Sweet Ann, when she's made to sing in english, is a lot more clearer, and is closer to a human voice than Big- Al.

Maybe they need a different voice or maybe they will put a lot of technical work into getting the programming right (Luka's voice actor was herself Bilingual, which is why Luka could be used Bilingually)

We don't know how they plan to Make Miku sing in english yet.

@DisappearingBunny actually there are english vocaloids, ok maybe they don't have the fame as the japanese ones, but if you use them correctly the sound fantastic, I've heard some songs of them and they're cool, specially songs with Leon's voice

@DisappearingBunny Probably not gonna happen. The reason the original VOCALOIDs are so nice-sounding is because there aren't really different ways of pronouncing "letters" in Japanese. The romagi "e" is always pronounced like "eh," "i" is always pronounced like "ee," "a" is always pronounced like "ah," etc.
