Hello, Sam! Beautiful playing. I'm in trouble here and maybe a lot of other folks, too. It seem that the piano music for Song for Lynette has disappeared from the planet. All of the sheet music vendors are selling just the guitar tab version (I know, ridiculous), Wondering if there's any way you could get me a copy of the sheet music or a midi of the piece? Wow, please. If you ever turn up the sheet music that your fantastic friend transcribed, that would be amazing. I quit piano several years ago and I would love to have sheet music for this song to get myself back into it. It would really make me very happy if you could find it.

I love where he adds his own bits at the very end - it's so true, when a song is so beautiful you don't want it to end, you just want to keep adding to it so you can keep sustaining that feeling of satisfaction of playing it. Absolutely beautiful. If the sound quality was a little better this would have jumped right to the top of Favourite videos on YouTube list ever. Magic, pure magic. Well done.

Well there is a musical genius behind this performance, and I'm sad to report it's not me, or even Eric Johnson. A friend of mine with absolute perfect pitch and a brilliant musician transcribed it for me after listening to it repeatedly for one morning. Sadly this was a year ago, and I've learned the song by heart but sadly misplaced the sheet music. If it ever does turn up, I'll be sure to share!
