No it didn't! Rex Racer was rumored to be dead. He was not! Did they watch the fucking show? He ran away from home! And he didn't get facial surgery to look different either! The atmosphere looked like shit too. The music sucked, the cast sucked, the story sucked. And what the fuck is the Mach 6? "Hey Andy!" "Yeah Larry?" "Let's make Speed have to use a different car at the end of the movie called the Mach 6!" What a stupid idea. And that version of the theme song made me wanna PUKE.

really, that's the absolute minimum changes ever made to an adaptation movie, ever. Just look at... everything else adapted.

But i can understand why some people didn't like it, because it's way too unbelievable and fantastic, like a movie made ten years in the future. That, i can understand.
