No, they are not the same person. xD
Obito died when he was a Kid, besides there's a big difference between Obito's and Madara's Age.

i know this is already a theory but i think that Tobi is Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's long lost friend that died (presumably in my opinion, because Kakashi has the left sharingan and Tobi has a right sharingan (cuz Obito gave his sharingan to Kakashi as a gift for not giving him one earlier [look it up on Naruto wiki for the full story]) and Kakashi can use the mangekyou sharingan that enables him to send another object into another dimension but the Mangekyou sharingan is activated when someone...

...close to u dies and everyone close to Kakashi was already dead but he only had one half of the sharingan meaning that the other half (Obito's) saw someone close to him die (in my opinion his good friend and team member Rin who could have been used as one of Pain's bodies the girl one that summons i think) and that activated his mangekyou automatically activating the one Kakashi had too; and when Tobi fights in battles he can make attacks pass through him which is probably that space/time...

wow thx i was looking for this chapter but no one had it! people were trying to scam me by posting fake manga and useless videos that arent even the real thing and do yu think that tobi (madara) is really obito but possessed by madara?
