Instead of people standing on the rooftops shaking fists and blaming the government, the good people of the Volunteer state stood up and starting getting shit done. Money, aid, food, shelter for the victims. Volunteers driving across the state to help the victims.
The media forgot about Nashville because of Tennessee's reaction. Instead of whining and moaning, we manned up and took care of business without a word of complaint.

Sadly this took place in one of my favorite places. I am glad to see that every thing is OK now. I am now in Nashville in process to get a job and play keyboards. My family had wished all of these bad things to take place in Tennessee to keep me from relocating to Nashville. They also hope that I would come back to Austin, TX to be with the family. Also hope that I would not get a good job in order stay in Nashville

I was at a convention out off Briley in Nashville the whole weekend... What a fun exprience driving back in the rain. Thank-you for posting this video. The national press I think doesn't give any care to Nashville, a city I know so well. And since I didn't have a TV in my dorm room, I had no idea the Symphony Hall was flooded. My heart broke to that....
Maybe they'll rebuild Opryland since the mall is gone.....
