  • Although, the piano sound is quite different from a harpsichord, that's besides the point. I believe technically you have the skill to execute the piece, however, the interpretation is a bit off for a baroque piece. Definitely does not sound from the period, even ignoring the fact that it is played on a piano. Listen to this one:

Search for the video: Rameau suite en G 1728 Les sauvages Christie

Again, great job, but the interpretation sounds wrong.

  • @Guangxi56 Desculpe-me a demora! E obrigada pelos comentários, fico contente que tenha gostado do vídeo e que o mesmo tenha ajudado a descobrir o nome da música! Abraços do Brasil!

  • Well played!! That said, i must agree with the majority here, and opine that this music sounds much better on a harpsichord.

  • Great !!!!

  • OH!!!111 i must find this notes!11

  • Yes, only harpsichord can sound like the bird cage being struck by an iron bar or the cats copulating onthe tin roof. I like harpsichord but It is better to play it on a piano than on a bad harpsicord. And if you have not got a harpsichord, it is better to play it on whatever than not play at all.

  • I agree with you too! :-)

  • As do I! :D

  • Renata Parabéns Pelo Rameau
