@alexpain100 yes he is. In a Genjutsu, the jutsu caster controls the chakra flow in the victim's mind, by doing that, a virtual reality is created so the victim sees only what the Genjutsu orders his mind to see. (LOL Naruto expert! xD)

@Bronzeskywalker Hmm, i disagree. I think hes pretty wack, really. All he uses is his useless taijutsu so he has 2 use a forbidden secret jutsu to beat a guy who has to rely on water to fight anybody. Kakashi wouldve gotten rid of this guy easily even tho Kisame has as much chakra as Naruto..
