That is a blacktip reef shark, they do attack people when mistaken human leg or toe with their normal pray, but BRS's attacks are hardly any chance to be fatal, in 2009, there are a total of 21 BRS attacks, and non of them fatal...

BTW, Blacktip Reef Shark are actually a type of attraction to ecotourism divers since they stay at a same location for a long time and close to shore...
