I think I figured out what makes it so hilarious. Its the combination of the fat, flat-faced cats dressed as AS characters, combined with the over-the-top beat.
New promo to be released after Christmas featuring the same cat (red exotic longhair) and his sister, a calico shorthair - will be just as funny. We brought the cats to the studio a couple of weeks ago for the shoot. We couldn't use the black/white because he is actively being shown on the cat show circuit.

Is that what he's supposed to be? I've never seen anything on Adult Swim - never heard of it till they solicited my cats for the commercial, which I have NEVER SEEN except here. Those are cat show kitties - the black and white boy Linc was in a show just last weekend. His brother is flying with me in the morning to Pittsburgh for a show this weekend, but he's solid white.

Hey, those are MY cats you are talking about - that's Sebastian and Linc - they are EXOTICS (shorthaired and longhaired). Sort of cool that they even stayed on the set long enough to complete the shoot, especially in THOSE costumes!
