hey ted im from london, i started p90x and stuck to it for 3 weeks but then stopped, if i do go back to it will i still be able to perform well during the workout? or will i slack
Hey I just purchased P90X and was wondering If just adding whey protein throughout my day, L-glutamine, and follwing your diet plan would give me your kind results. I ask because I can't really afford these supplements and don't want to rely heavily on them either.
And then we wonder why the fuck 50% of population here in America gets some kind of cancer in their lifetime. Our bodies were not made to absorb artificial crap like Jacked 3D, gatorade powder (refined sugar and artifical color), processed whey protein powder, etc. Why not just eat natural foods as found in nature?
@HrapovikPlush I can almost guarantee ted eats healthier than you do. He also says right at the beginning that supplements are not to replace food. They "supplement" your proper eating habits. If your on a fitness program, it becomes very difficult to get all your nutrients from natural food alone. Please post your eating habits if your going to go at other people and how they eat
@birdman4birdlegs He eats healthier than I do? Lol. I am a raw vegan. Raw fruits and vegetables. Much healthier than this toxic junk. Read 80/10/10 by Doug Graham. Human bodies weren't meant to consume chemical crap like Jacked 3D.
@HrapovikPlush oh yeah, and casein is a type of protein that is found in cow milk as well as human milk. So even if your right about cassein causing cancer. (Which your not because the only links is to promoting cancer growth once you already have cancer) You still contradicted yourself about eating natural food. Go do some research ;)
I just started p90x and I thinks amazing. The people who say it is a wwaste of money are lazy, they are either half assing the workout, or they work out every other day and you can't do that. If you do than yes it is a waste of money, and as for it just being for skinny guys look at somr of the results videos. there are people who had exsessive amounts of weight and are now ripped; and all the did is follow the work out regiment, ate right, and used the supplements that worked best for them.
Hey Ted I had a quick question regarding creatine. I just brought some noxplode to use as a preworkout supplement, and was wondering if that was a good idea to take with creatine or should I just avoid it totally. Ill be starting p90x and noticed the first three weeks are for weight loss. Would creatine hamper any of that? Thanks for any help.
Hi Ted, I started training at the gym regularly 4 months ago and i am getting great results - my PT sessions are costing me way too much however ($300 per month) and so i was thinking about starting P90x seriously - its just that i have heard mixed reviews - some say its for skinny guys, some say it is just a waste of money etc etc What do you recommend???
@lovethosesunglasses I've never heard that its just for skinny guys or that it's a waste of money. It's not better for this, or better for that, it's just pure, raw fitness and nutrition.. It's an extremely well rounded program that you'll no doubt make progress with in one way or another. No gimmicks, no tricks. Just kick your butt workouts. If you have more questions, just message me.

Hey man, awesome vid, it has really help me (I bookmarked it). Anyway, I'm going to do P90x to build muscle because I'm skinnier than I'd like to be. I'm thinking about taking creatine for the first 45 days to put on mass, then going the remaining 45 days without it to tone up the mass that I have gained. Do you think this is a good or bad idea? Should I just take the creatine the whole 90 days? I really don't want to lose too much definition. Thanks, Coach.
Coach im in the UK so i dont think Shakeology is available here, so do you think i could get good results if i dont use Shakeology but rather have a normal meal instead?
Thanks Ted. This is exactly the info I was looking for on supps. I've had my eye on some of those exact products too. Just wish I could get Shakeology down here in Oz.

@birdman4birdlegs Oh yea, and casein causes cancer in humans. Do your research. Eat natural foods and forget about all this nonsense.

@da2dan06 Creatine does not hinder the fat burning process. In fact some studies show that it may help. I think its fine to take!
