@mysbeautiful1 This maybe ironic but try loading the torrent on a PC and take the .DMG downloaded from the torrent put it on a 8Gb Flash drive and bring it on the Mac. Or try clicking on the .TPB fill downloaded from The Pirate bay. It's amazing how many people have not actually opened the file they just thought it would open.

I believe you are talking about it seeding. The upload rate is the amount that you supplied to other people who are downloading the file. If you do not want to seed you have to right click and stop it.

The torrent itself is compatible. It's the program that downloads the torrent that isn't. There are many programs that download them, including limewire if that's the direction you want to take.
