  • i cant play it i keep hitting the wrong the bass (e) string and the G STRING i feel like taking the strings out so i dont play them

  • TY! Great help!! ;)

  • Hey everyone I posted a cover of this song, go check out my channel please!

  • when i looked at the tab on its own, i was a bit lost... i was surprised that this lesson actually helped me to make sense of it! Thanks a lot!

  • You're a shit teacher. I got the first bit. And you didn't explain the next bit at all. It didn't make sense I had to watch it 13 times and I still didn't get it. Thanks for nothing. Use a zoom up or explain would help.

  • wow this was really helpful! your version doesnt sound as flawless as another one i saw somewhere (but still amazing!) your teaching is brilliant, actually it's the best guitar lesson i've ever seen! everything was pretty clear to me. thanks a bunch! however i'm quite confused about your tuning. with capo on your 7th fret it sounds equally to the usual 6th fret thing...

  • @lisasfanno1 he explained that at the start.. all the strings have been tuned down a fret, so the second fret will sound like the standard first and first fret will sound like standard open and the 7th wil sound like standard 6th

  • @SuperFishers ok! how could i miss that! :D thanks :)

  • Perfectly clear and easy to follow, I think this is the best guitar lesson I've ever seen! Thanks and keep it up!

  • Nice chin :3

  • lots of time and effort obvious, much appricated :D

  • What is that chord after the G chord? it sounds bad on my guitar

  • I tried so hard to do it right, but or the sound of my cheap and wrong guitar sucks or I suck(I think both)

  • good man!

  • ^_^

  • Almost accurate. The strumming pattern isn't exact and at 2.10 there should be Am7 instead of the Cmajor that you are playing. In between those chords you should also add a B as bass note. Other than that it looks ok :)

  • Thank you so much for such a detailed tutorial. You're great!

  • thank you soooo much, you rock, you really do, but could you also put up Delicate by Damien Rice?? Please?? Thanks for the lesson bro!!

  • thanks mate... thaths the way how i can understand those lessons

  • Thank you SO much for doing this! And in so much detail! I love this song and you play it brilliantly.

  • good lesson :) thanks, but why does it suddenly just end?

  • Really good. Thanks :)

  • Great tut, but I see Damien using the capo on the 4th fret :( am I wrong?

  • Before I couldn't play this song, now I can because of you! thanks

  • Who knew Irish ppl wrote more than just drinking songs.

  • hardest part is not occasionally hitting the E string.. sounds horrible then

  • Thanks alot man brilliant teacher

  • ouch this is hard. so helpful though, thankyou! im getting there haha :)

  • oh wow!i recognize you fromyour country covers.you play justabt everything.lol

    thanks!

  • dude, i don't have a capo :P

  • you can make one with a pencil and eleastic bands. the pencil acts as a barre and the band - wraspped round each end and the back of the neck - acts like the rest.

  • or you can buy one for a few £/$

  • or you can spend 5 bucks on a capo

  • @cavvvv11 well that's what I did and it is easily the best option but a makeshift cappo has its uses from time to time.

  • Hey big fella...awesome.. thanks for this.. learnt the basic version already but the original rocks.. and puts the basic version in the shade!! keep it up buddy!!

  • Dude - seriously. I didn't really like some of your other videos 'cause you tend to appear distracted by computer screens and whatnot but this tutorial fucking rocks. Keep doing what you're doing 'cause you're doing it good. Love from Denmark!

  • What kind of guitar do you have? Sorry I can't tell in the video.

  • Well it's a Taylor, I'm not sure what model though.

  • Looks like a taylor 810 reg acoustic
