wow this was really helpful! your version doesnt sound as flawless as another one i saw somewhere (but still amazing!) your teaching is brilliant, actually it's the best guitar lesson i've ever seen! everything was pretty clear to me. thanks a bunch! however i'm quite confused about your tuning. with capo on your 7th fret it sounds equally to the usual 6th fret thing...

@lisasfanno1 he explained that at the start.. all the strings have been tuned down a fret, so the second fret will sound like the standard first and first fret will sound like standard open and the 7th wil sound like standard 6th

Almost accurate. The strumming pattern isn't exact and at 2.10 there should be Am7 instead of the Cmajor that you are playing. In between those chords you should also add a B as bass note. Other than that it looks ok :)

you can make one with a pencil and eleastic bands. the pencil acts as a barre and the band - wraspped round each end and the back of the neck - acts like the rest.
