The freedoms that you would not have if not for their sacrifice? You might not agree with what happened but you sure as hell can respect a man who fights for this country, even the people that won't give him respect. For one, it was war that put the Jews in camps (if the Germans stood up to Hitler's call for war it would have been prevented, just like we should stand up to Bush), and two, it was the U.S. who supplied Sadam with the deadly weapons he use to kill people back in the 80's.
