I can download them and I extracted the files in ".../cstrike" but when I start the game theres no skin. As I extracte them it said that there files with the same name and I clicked "rename all" any help? what did i wrong?

@chocolatecoockie did u go to the start button and go t0 computer then go to OS (D:) and go to program file (x86) and click it. AND DID U clikc on it and click on steam and go to steamapps then hit your username for steam then hit the game u want the skin and clikc the smaller way to call it then go to ur winrar and click your skin and hit ur model. move it to model all of it. then go to sounds and do the same thing like the model.
