Was expecting a resident evil myself, I liked the lack of the guns which were near useless anyway but this all knocked the tension up a noch. gameplay was not what I expected ( forced to do almost everything in a set way) but I poured a few days into it, did'nt finish it and stopped playing about a year ago, and I aint going back to it. I cant say I did'nt like playing it though.

YOu know....i used to make fun of this game.....but now you prove a point...msaybe this game is ahead of its time...youre also right about how bad the english dialauge is. I live in the united states, in Ohio...I bought this game and the voice acting is God awful in the US version!

right before the music started at about 6:14 i almost shit myself when you tried sight jacking for about half of a second and the "shibeto" or how ever you spell it, turned around!

Fantastic review! I must agree with phantomchef that its plenty scary, but i've played scarier. The whole sightjacking is what jills some of the horror, although it's still done quite well. I hear Clock Tower 3 sucks, but it looks Freakin sweet!!!

Great review, though I disagree with you about the "not a horror game" statement. I personally feel it is, even it it isn't as scary as other horror titles out there.

@phantomchef He's talking about mechanics. He's not saying the game isn't scary - he's saying it doesn't use traditional horror game mechanics, but the sort of gameplay you see in stealth games.
