@HishirooxD About the part of WTF TKWDO punches being to dangerous .. that's simply a lie .. TKWDO punches are worthless next to a boxer's punch or a systema hammer punch. Also it's a lot slower and requires less technique then TKWDO kicks but it's simply a fact the Muay Thai knee to the chest (or any knee to chest which is done properly) is the deadliest and most destructive kick.

btw, I do MMA, but I don't fight competitions, I just like self defence sports and to be able to protect my self

@HishirooxD I meant "also" beat up a black belt (but that was like a year ago) for threatening to beat my little brother I was really drunk and got like enraged. Again I'm not saying TKWDO is a bad sport or the people practicing are weak. I'm telling you my experience ..

The kicking techniques in TKWDO are very good, and extremely fast (when used right, which is not the case in most competitions). I'm merely pointing out in a street fight, try to focus on punches to.

@3choBlast3r ....I challenge you to travel to Korea and train with the Koreans, Second of all exactly what country are you in? I'm against MMA as a whole because in my opinion it's a poor representation of the Martial Arts as a whole, for reasons I don't care to voice on mediums such as youtube facebook etc....I will however say this: I have quite a few years of Martial Art experience but I myself really do not wish to take on the title of "Master" because there's always something to learn

@HishirooxD I did not say TKWD doesn't have punches at all I've done TKWD when I was younger I stopped after I got my yellow band because I thought it was boring (I did it for a really short term)

Teakwondo people need to learn how to use their fist .. fast kicks aren't going to get you any where .. I beat the Dutch Teakwondo Champion (the younger league we where both 16/17) in 16 seconds (streetfight) he kicked, I ducked and gave an uppercut. Game over lol

If you fight a Kick boxer, Thai boxer or Teakwondo guy let them try to hit you first (or hit and retreat so they can attack) 99% of the time they'll try to kick 99% of those kicks you can easily avoid and kick/punch them back,

@3choBlast3r You obviously don't understand the "Sport" of TKD. Kick or Punch to the body gets you 1 point. a kick to the head gets you 2 points. A PUNCH to the head is illegal. So what do you think you should do? In a fight while you are all happy that you punch some dude. I'd just shoot you in the head and then go bang your girlfriend.

@3choBlast3r so deoes that include a straight kick to your knee cap? or perhaps a straight shot to your balls? I respect boxing however you only have two weapons where as folks who study Martial arts have four weapons, and trust me when I say that if you were to fight with some of the people that I know in Korea using just only your hands, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you'd get the crap knocked out of you, not to mention that their kicks would fly right through your defense.

@3choBlast3r Dude I love boxing from the bottom of my heart but I've experienced first hand how much firepower these kicks that you speak so lowly of really pack, I have two long scars on both sides of my right fore arm that constantly remind me not to underestimate the power of kicking.
