  • He probably wants in there because it smells like food & and its a dark hole..

  • Actually, my ferrets are really interested in our mouths when we've eaten something that interests them, like if it's something sweet like chocolate, lol!

  • prettyy! :)!!

  • haha, great clip, I loved it :)

  • keep pressing 0

  • Haha :D

  • did someone call the dentists?

  • Moths carry a lot of sent, all ferrets will lick their mother's mouth as a way to pick her sent up as well as food. plus they like stinky things so if he ate something that makes his breath a little stinky, they will investigate it.

  • Cute!

  • SO CUTE

  • Press 9 to see him eating the ferret :D

  • hehe he looks like a baby black bear.

  • I have a ferret her name is Rain & she doe the same thing :) lol

  • I can't yawn when my ferret is kissing me, or she stars trying to lick my tongue... she would arrive to the tonsils if only I let her XD

    Nice pet :)

  • i think now he's eat tham T_T

  • My ferret's name is Ares too! This makes me smile ;D

  • @JohnnyBlack0047 your so right kill the retard which is you

  • @JohnnyBlack0047 Who is the retard you are referring to? That's a pretty f'd up thing to say...

  • @JohnnyBlack0047 lol please fuking die

  • @JohnnyBlack0047 Lol i think you wanted you comment to be on the top row :D fail :D and yes that very bad to say.

  • @JohnnyBlack0047 Is that what your mother said when the abortion was a fail?

  • This is just a theory. Lots of mother wolves, cats and dogs (and I think, only think, and don't know for sure that ferrets are included) will bring food for their young ones stored in their mouths after coming back from hunting, etc. So lots of times, the young babies will greet their mothers by "mouth kissing" , licking and smelling , expecting food from their mothers' mouths.

  • @jjlinert Makes sense! Very good possibility! =)

  • @SAndrews0004 lol he just wants a dark hole to dig and climb into.

  • How much did he/she cost?

  • @DearMarlet Both of mine were around a $100.

  • @SAndrews0004 OMG!!!! Here in scotland, ferrets average for £5, which is like 7 or $8. for a £100 i can get a massive cage and ferrets to go in it. did he come vaccinated, neutered/spayed and decented?? I have heard that in the US they decent ferrets. personally i dont think it should be allowed as it can lead to future problems.

  • @0IJoshI0 The first one I bought included a 4 foot tall cage both for $100. The second one (above) was purchased for $75 at a local pet shop, alone. Both were vaccinated, decented, and neutered/spayed.

  • @0IJoshI0 wow all my ferrets cost like $250 a piece ,, we'll not discuss how much my crazy self spent for the 6 ft tall cage, they usually come descented (cause people get all whiney about the smell) and spayed/neutered (because in some states you have to have permit or liscense to breed them cause they are exotics)

  • where can i buy one?

    is this a farret?

  • @phobiazzzero Yes it is a ferret. I bought both of mine at a pet store. I would call pet shops until you find one.

  • @SAndrews0004 do they bite or get aggresive at a time?

  • @phobiazzzero Neither one of mine ever got aggressive. They nibble sometimes, but you can train them not to do that. You can find great tips online on how to train them.

  • @SAndrews0004 thanks

  • @phobiazzzero You should probably read up on them as well... they are a fairly big time investment.

  • @phobiazzzero u can by one at petco

  • @TheFL1P18 thx

  • Mine is bitting i tried everything but it doesnt work...:(

  • @DarkAsassin87 You can try googling for tips on how to make them stop. Mine nibbled a bit here and there but no big issues.

  • Hahaha ferrets really are a lot of fun! I recently got one (her name is Hydra :D) she ABSOLUTELY LOVES playing hiding-go-seek with me. Your ferret seems very affectionate and comfortable with you. You really treat her well huh. Good job. :)

  • @JoshRado123 Thank you. We had two Ares and Hera. For the most part they wanted to do their own thing, but every once in a while we got lucky and they were a little more affectionate. Good luck with your new friend. They are a blast!!

  • @SAndrews0004 Hehe thanks. :)

  • If you smoke, then thats why. I would let one kiss me and eventually it would lick my gums off tryin to get Nicotine. So, if you smoke don't let it kiss you.

  • aww that is a cute and funny ferret. that guys mouth must b pretty interesting

  • holy crap i look just like the guy in this video. except i have a different hair cut. i mean i look soooo similar to him i might just upload a video just so you can see how much i look like him wow thats wierd. im like the 18 yo version of this guy. WTF

  • @MrBuddyisreal lol... wow, really? That's crazy!

  • the only sad part about owning a ferret is the life expectancy. I know they aren't going to live till 20 or something but I feel like I couldn't handle it. cute ferret!

  • myne does the exact same rofl! O.O

  • Ares says " YOU GOT SLIME ON MY FACE! "

  • @DarthNitsua360 lol... Don't think he minded too much. He was just curious what was inside.

  • I have rats that love to do this too!

  • @filmthief You let a rat into your mouth?

  • @matthewplasse12 it's a ferret..... doesnt.'t even look like a rat in my eyes.

  • I swear I thought it was going to climb right in his mouth.

  • @guarddog22 lol...me too!

  • @SAndrews0004 LOL. Well, thanks for that video. Ferrets really are the cutest funniest things.

  • All ferrets do that. All my 10 sods do it.

    They are just being inquisitive.

  • @FatRakoon I wish my ferrets liked going in my mouth. D:

  • @snowboarderforlyfe

I have tons of home videos of mine doing this. I should put something up... I really should.

  • true. but that depends on the owner. Some people don't find it smelly at all. And what they excrete is not from the fur. its from their skin. And its a type of oil that helps keep their skin healthy. Which is why it is advised that owners give their ferrets baths once a month at MOST.

  • I heard that ferrets excrete a resin from their fur that stinks. True?

  • @RK831 It's really not that bad. We had two. Their worst "stink" was from their cage, so we made sure to change it regularly. They had their "stink glands" removed where they were bred. Like most say, we bathed them, at most, once a month. The more they are bathed the more they produce oil, which is where the "stink" comes from. Their smell isn't really that bad if their glands are removed and cages are cleaned regularly. They are such fun animals!

  • @RK831 no they're sent glands are near the tail and are removed when bought at most pet stores

  • @RK831 yes they have a slight scent.sometimes its strong and sometimes not.but its really not as bad as a catbox.or a wet dog.

  • dudue so funny ,rofl

  • the taste of weasel!! taste it!!!

  • cant believe you let a farrot near your mouth...I'm not surprised if you no longer has a tongue.

  • @nathantarmac1 It's OK they don't bite. :)

  • @SAndrews0004

Oh they do bite! Mine bites meh toes when I dont give him 110% of my attention. He's a spoiled little brat. Good thing I love him :)

  • @nathantarmac1 when supervised properly they don't bite. and some just never bite mine don't :)

  • id like to see you do that with my polecat :P, and ares aint a ferret hes a pole cat

  • Haha! Cute. My ferret Nilla loves to do that too. He's a big foodie. Maybe it's what you just ate, you know how they love smells!

  • my ferrets does the same thing.especially after i ate something made of chocolate.he loves chocolate.i dont feed him alot though.just a tiny taste of it.im sure its not good for him.

  • @jay112273 It's poisonous. [theobromide] no chocolate at all. there are such things as cat/dog chocolates. most cat treats are fine for a ferret - as they are free of lactose ect.

    chocolate is potentially lethal.

  • @SAndrews0004 lol tell him yeahh

  • what a cutie! Or actually both of them!! (well done ;) haha)

Ares is cute. Puk (my ferret) also loves to play for dentist hihi

  • @SAndrews0004 i lold too much at this

  • My sister's ferrets would do that too and they would also lick her tongue too.

  • King of the Hill.. nice

  • Maybe you had something tasty for lunch. Very cute.

  • ares as in mythology god of war/

  • @ferretco no du

  • At 00.26 the ferret saw the guys haricut and tried to run away..

  • @Snauzer67 TOUCHÈ my friend lol!!!

  • LOL, careful he do't crawl all the way in O.o that'd be funny to explain to the doctor!

  • The reason he wants in there is probably simpler than ya think, the mouth looks like a tunnel to the ferret, which is the ferrets natural environment.

  • or its something we wants that the guy ate. My ferret always tries to lick my mouth

  • maybe his breath stinks? lol

ferrets are awesome little critters, they find everything new and interesting

  • lol i know im in cadets :P the haircuts suck >:D

  • lol my ferret milo does that to my brother and my other ferret peanut stickes her nose in my ear ans starts licking and sniffing...

  • that's so cute! lol. my mom scared the f*ck out of my kitten when she started licking my mom's ear but i liked it. i thought it was cute. haha.

  • I have pet rats along with ferrets and my rats do this alot, they will scratch at your lips and look for food in your teeth it's really cute but gross at the same time people call rats that do this rodentists.

  • Awh...cute ferret and cute daddy! I agree with Khrisk....just another tunnel!

  • i agree to they make a cute couple

  • cool name!

Ares... the ferret of WAR!!! lol

  • @Falcon636 Thank you! That's exactly why we named him! :)

  • where do you get pet ferrets?

  • Petco, SuperPetz basically any reputable pet store; but it also depends on your state laws too as sadly ferrets are banned in some.

They run between the prices of $95 to $165 depending on where you live ^.^

  • Are they hard to take care of and what is the smell like lol, i hear they smell pretty bad

  • It depends. From my experience the males have a stronger scent to them than the females, the scent is like musty underarm pits imao. Well, the ones in the pet store stunk.

BUT you can keep the smell down by giving them baths and keep their litter/cage clean weekly. There is even ferret deodorizing shampoos and sprays in stores now.

  • Actually, bathing them too often will increase their scent because you are washing away their natural oils. So, to compensate they secrete more and the smell gets stronger. Cleaning their cages and litter boxes will defenitely cut down on the scent as will feeding them high quality ferret food. Stay away from ferret food that has fish in the ingredients. One of the best foods out there is 8-in-1 Ultimate.

  • 8 in 1 for the win

  • Ah- learn something new everyday! Thanks!

These days they have so many things like ferret sprays, ferret oils and the like to keep a ferret smelling good without bathing =^.^=

Also better quality food= less smell

  • my mom looked at the prices and there £10 where i live its the cages thats too much money =[

  • I agree, ferret cages/pens are super expensive O.o

  • lol, my ferret jams its entire snout in my ear and stiffs, hilarious

  • my favrote anamail is a ferret

  • Haha. I think to him, your mouth is just another tunnel to explore!

  • @KhrisK That's what she said.

  • Lol! I remember that my rats used to get so amazed at the contents of my mouth!
