I agree the fing sewers kept me on edge for ages even after I had finnished them. play through the sewer levels at one or two in the morning is seriously creapy. add to that a glitch that ment that when the game loaded a level there was a loud back that sounded like a gunshot.

The First time when I entered the hospital, i was expecting some shit will appear through the walls or from the garbage blocking the corridors. And when I found Pisha I thought she would tell me twisted shit and would attack me, But nah... she was friendly :D
