Rosetta is ok, I work for the government part time I get it for free. But I payed and us byki It works better for grammar. Some people absorb language like a glowing sponge and Rosetta is best for them. It would probably work better for young kids not adults...

There are many, one I have is; The Euro Method-instant immersion Russian. Another by them simply titled; Learn Russian, is for beginners. Another good way to start is with a cassette or Cd book combo. Focus on the Russian alphabet and its sounds to start, be consistant in your study. Good luck
