I actually premiered this piece at stetson university in florida in fall of 2001. And Stroope conducted. It was awesome because the year before I got to sing his "Lamentations of Jeremaiah" and he signed it for me.

It was a very memorable time for me too :) I loved being able to sing with a lot of talented people.

...and I'm sorry, but I don't have any other videos of the concert. My old director does though and I'll have to ask her to see if I can post them. :)

OMG! I love singing this song. My choir sang this song at MPA's a few months ago(Of course it was the short verson) but its still an amazing song.

FANTASTIC tone quality! This is what my choir is singing at Carnegie Hall in June, I believe. This choir did a great job. I LOVE singing this song- as with others, when I was singing it I almost cried.
