In real life, Noah would better listen to his adviser for his senior project, and it shouldn't be such a big deal that Nuke wouldn't work together. But this is soap, and we all know Mason is here for a reason (tearing Nuke apart! NO!), so this becomes tough...
I'm not sure why Luke should make such a big deal out of it (besides Holden pushing to go back to school and stuff). It's not like he wrote this script specifically for Noah's film. OK, less time to be with Noah should be the enough reason

Than mason is definately gay and he has a crush on Noah! As the project goes on he will interact with Noah more and more, on purpose, which will make Luke really jealous and he complains about it to Noah. But Noah will think it's just about the project and Luke is being unreasonable. So outbreak this first big argument between the love birds since they move in together.

Yeah, I agree. But there is a narrow line between love and obsession, and sometime Luke acts that way (obsssed and needy). As we have seen, everytime they breakk up, Luke has to appologize and back down to get Noah back. Their relationship needs to be more balanced.
I think Luke needs to go back to school. Rigt now, he life is too tight wrap around Noah's. He only works on the foundation when it pleases him. Most of the time, he hangs out at Java waiting for Noah to get off from work. Then, he wants to do everything what Noah do. That is not a healthy relationship for either of them. Luke is a great writer, so he needs to find something that would grab him and make him be a better person. Luke needs to have his own life, not Noah's.

Couldn't agree more. Originally he was a writer, creative and driven, now he just doesn't seem to care. When I started watching I was almost totally just following Luke over Noah. Now, I have to say, I look forward to watching Noah a lot more!
Oh and we all know they'll try to put Mason (I mean Professor...) between the guys, but I would think Noah is devoted enough to Luke to not do anything stupid.Those two have already been through SO much; how about a little happiness for 5 minutes?

Ok, if Noah is working on his senior project, well, that doesn't work since he's between his second and third years, but regardless, why would he be working on a senior project when it's summer anyway? They've been talking about moving into their place as a summer sublet, so clearly the show follows the actual calender, yet Noah has classes in July... this makes little, if any, sense.
Actually, it depends on the projet and how time consuming it can be to generate the final result. When I went to college I started my senior thesis at the start of my junior year and still worked on it over the summer. If Noahs one of those students that doesn't just want to pass his class, but excel at something he's passionate about, I couldn't imagine him doing anything less. Since Noah was introduced he was passionate about film. I do agree with everyones suspicions about Mason though.
Neither Luke NOR Noah "decided" not to work on the project. It's more like the prof insisted.
As a student (going into my senior year, working on my thesis, etc. just like Noah) I know that you have to cater to EXACTLY what the prof wants. I wish Luke (and even Noah) realized how important that is and that they can't always get what they want based on their whims.
So far the Mason guy has done no wrong,IMHO. He didn't even insult Luke's work, just said it wasn't appropriate for a short film.
Heartbreaking clip, indeed; it was painful to see Luke so sad, so unwilling to go back to school (if he do is just to please Holden and Noah). I'm afraid of Noah, even though he is super in love with Luke, he could be very naive sometimes, and this "professor Mason" has TROUBLE written all over...
Gosh, Van Hansis always impresses me. I can certainly see & understand how he feels here after being left out by Noah. I also enjoy the Holden/Luke tension, especially here at 0:24 (Luke's face says it all).
I wish Luke was more like he was back when Noah first came to town...he was a better person and sometimes I miss that. I still love him and always will, but it would be nice for him to be more like the man Noah fell in love with!

I can understand that Luke is disappointed, but must he blow it out of proportion. I generally prefer Noah because of Luke's tendency to be overly dramatic and self- centered. I do love Jake and Noah in general.

Luke ia stil pretty young and he and Noah have shared EVERYTHING since the beginning. They are beoming adults and some things in their lives will be seperate but they will still be able to come home to each others arms. But this is a soap, yall. I think Noah had a lot easier when he came out thant Luke ever had it. Luke was there to help him out, but luke really didnt have anyone to help him. Plus, it was a lot harder for Luke to come out in highschool, which is the worst time to do it, than come out when you are in college.
I really disagree. Luke's coming out was way easier than Noah's. Yes, Luke was very hurt by how Lily and Kevin treated him, but he had so many family and friends (Holden, Jade, Will, Lucinda, etc.) who were supportive. A lot of gay people don't have that. For Noah it was much harder to face being gay because his father taught him that it was so wrong, and to me, Noah had NO ONE for support. Luke was actually kind of nasty to him about it, not helpful. No offence to Luke.

Noah didnt even have the decency to tell Luke's parents that they arent going to work together in the movie anymobre. He left Luke alone to give the news to them . what a boyfriend!!! and he was very hesitant on calling Luke his boyfriend to Mason.
Luke is such a wonderful and multi-dimensional character. He gets fascinating every time I watch him. But 100% of this fascination comes from Van Hansis himself. He is incredible talented and so pretty !!
If Noah cheats on luke with Mason. That should be the end of their relationship. Noah doesnt deserve Luke not a bit. There is a saying "once a cheater, always a cheater." and also "you never know what you have until you loose it."
I really hope Mason stirs some complicated emotins! To be honest I LOVE heartbreak, because I LOVE make-ups and those awkward, inevitable meetings and how Noah feels so bad he hurt Luke, and everyone feels so bad--

From the very beginning, it's been Luke showing Noah how great they were together. Even when Luke storms off in a huff of drama and oversensitivity, he's always the one to apologize and come back. Noah showed Luke their greatness ONCE, with the paralysis thing, but I think it was more of him being insecure in his newfound sexuality and clinging to his only real connection rather than trying to win Luke.
I also agree, everytime they had break up it has been Noah's decission. Luke always had to appologize and fight to get Noah back. Noah is a very selfish person. Luke has given him so much love, a family, a place to stay,... Every time, things go wrong Noah calls it quit and he needs his space. When Noah was trying to come out to his father, that was the only time Luke would stand up to Noah and dont back down. I miss that Luke.

I'll be evil and propose that Luke does go back to college and it's he that has feelings for Mason...... and Noah has to battle to get Luke away from the lecherous prof. hehehehee.........
Now stop it people. One episode and you're all going crazy. I know that the writers on this soap are headed by a (blanked out comment!!) but give them a change to screw it up before we all get over heated..
I do enjoy reading the comments more than the episodes, that Andy so kindly uploads, some times.

And for sme reason the start of this whole Mason-sl is not sitting right with me. It has a disastrous feeling all over it, and Luke feels it too!
On another note; I wanna go to OU, do some classes,chill out all day, drink coffee( instead of serving it), do an exam once or twice, and be a detective in my spare time, solving silly crimes and still graduate in 2 years!

Definite trouble ahead. I'm thinking Mason might continue on down the path with Noah about the choosing the art instead of love, which might have this really nasty sting. I hope it will save them that they're moved in together now. So, let's see that apartment and them in it waking up together etc!!! :D

Ok, if Noah is working on his senior project, well, that doesn't work since he's between his second and third years, but regardless, why would he be working on a senior project when it's summer anyway? They've been talking about moving into their place as a summer sublet, so clearly the show follows the actual calender, yet Noah has classes in July... this makes little, if any, sense.

Actually, it depends on the projet and how time consuming it can be to generate the final result. When I went to college I started my senior thesis at the start of my junior year and still worked on it over the summer. If Noahs one of those students that doesn't just want to pass his class, but excel at something he's passionate about, I couldn't imagine him doing anything less. Since Noah was introduced he was passionate about film. I do agree with everyones suspicions about Mason though.

Neither Luke NOR Noah "decided" not to work on the project. It's more like the prof insisted.
As a student (going into my senior year, working on my thesis, etc. just like Noah) I know that you have to cater to EXACTLY what the prof wants. I wish Luke (and even Noah) realized how important that is and that they can't always get what they want based on their whims.
So far the Mason guy has done no wrong,IMHO. He didn't even insult Luke's work, just said it wasn't appropriate for a short film.

Heartbreaking clip, indeed; it was painful to see Luke so sad, so unwilling to go back to school (if he do is just to please Holden and Noah). I'm afraid of Noah, even though he is super in love with Luke, he could be very naive sometimes, and this "professor Mason" has TROUBLE written all over...

Gosh, Van Hansis always impresses me. I can certainly see & understand how he feels here after being left out by Noah. I also enjoy the Holden/Luke tension, especially here at 0:24 (Luke's face says it all).

I wish Luke was more like he was back when Noah first came to town...he was a better person and sometimes I miss that. I still love him and always will, but it would be nice for him to be more like the man Noah fell in love with!
I totally agree about the comments that it's always Luke fighting for Noah. I would like to see a storyline where Noah has to fight to get Luke back...I think that could lead to some AMAZING scenes for Van and Jake to do!!!

i like drama between those two guys but i think mason it's gonna be a ploblem between them.....you know...noah in the first plays keep away luke from his proyect after all he is done for him ..i mean he's borrow the money so....i hope this storyline it wont became a tragic disaster :(

I can understand that Luke is disappointed, but must he blow it out of proportion. I generally prefer Noah because of Luke's tendency to be overly dramatic and self- centered. I do love Jake and Noah in general.

um..if Luke isn't that oversensitive, there'd be no drama at all, cos Noah is all calm, level-headed and emotionally restraint. I don't like the dynamics, but that's just how it is.

I agree omni, Luke has to understand that he and Noah can be together, but he and Noah are gonna have things they won't share. This is Noah's school project; it's his grade. Luke ia stil pretty young and he and Noah have shared EVERYTHING since the beginning. They are beoming adults and some things in their lives will be seperate but they will still be able to come home to each others arms. But this is a soap, yall. Gotta have lots of drama. lots and lots of drama.

I think Noah had a lot easier when he came out thant Luke ever had it. Luke was there to help him out, but luke really didnt have anyone to help him. Plus, it was a lot harder for Luke to come out in highschool, which is the worst time to do it, than come out when you are in college.

I really disagree. Luke's coming out was way easier than Noah's. Yes, Luke was very hurt by how Lily and Kevin treated him, but he had so many family and friends (Holden, Jade, Will, Lucinda, etc.) who were supportive. A lot of gay people don't have that. For Noah it was much harder to face being gay because his father taught him that it was so wrong, and to me, Noah had NO ONE for support. Luke was actually kind of nasty to him about it, not helpful. No offence to Luke.

Noah didnt even have the decency to tell Luke's parents that they arent going to work together in the movie anymobre. He left Luke alone to give the news to them . what a boyfriend!!! and he was very hesitant on calling Luke his boyfriend to Mason.

Luke is such a wonderful and multi-dimensional character. He gets fascinating every time I watch him. But 100% of this fascination comes from Van Hansis himself. He is incredible talented and so pretty !!

If Noah cheats on luke with Mason. That should be the end of their relationship. Noah doesnt deserve Luke not a bit. There is a saying "once a cheater, always a cheater." and also "you never know what you have until you loose it."

I really hope Mason stirs some complicated emotins! To be honest I LOVE heartbreak, because I LOVE make-ups and those awkward, inevitable meetings and how Noah feels so bad he hurt Luke, and everyone feels so bad--

From the very beginning, it's been Luke showing Noah how great they were together. Even when Luke storms off in a huff of drama and oversensitivity, he's always the one to apologize and come back. Noah showed Luke their greatness ONCE, with the paralysis thing, but I think it was more of him being insecure in his newfound sexuality and clinging to his only real connection rather than trying to win Luke.

I also agree, everytime they had break up it has been Noah's decission. Luke always had to appologize and fight to get Noah back. Noah is a very selfish person. Luke has given him so much love, a family, a place to stay,... Every time, things go wrong Noah calls it quit and he needs his space. When Noah was trying to come out to his father, that was the only time Luke would stand up to Noah and dont back down. I miss that Luke.

And when Lily asked Luke if he was ok with it? i can understand why he'd be a little let down but in the long run and when the final decision is made...its none of Luke's business and its not his decision. its Noah's project, its Noah's grade, and its Noah's future that its effecting not Lukes. so if Noah doesn't want to use it thats his decision

There is definately something gonna happen with Mason trying to keep them apart - but it probley wasnt a good idea for them working together on the movie - they are already living together & add the working together is always an invitation for trouble. As far as Luke going back to school - he really needs to have some type of direction for his personal self
