Altough, there is a strong possibility for Deadpool, or even cameos for the characters you've mentioned. More likely, however, is that the Avengers would make an appearence on the up and coming Ultimate Spiderman cartoon. Anything is a possibility at this point though, so who knows, no one expected the FF appearing in the 1st episode!(:

I don't know why anyone complains about Maria Hill, other than the sexist reason of being more disdainful of a hard-ass woman in charge over a jerk male in command. Besides, I suspect she was replaced by a Skrull before "Hail Hydra!" After all, Fury wouldn't ditch S.H.I.E.L.D. unless it had been infiltrated. And you don't run a covert alien invasion by replacing janitors, elevator operators or red-shirted grunts; Skrulls substitute those in power: hence, Maria Hill- director of S.H.I.E.L.D.
