Sound like complex programs with incredibly complex genetic codes, and they are male or female and she somehow has a physical body.

It's not like the film really has much in the way of romantic scenes with them, but I still like them together.

Might lean towards them being friends, depends on how you interpret it.

A lot of stuff can be interpreted in many ways and certainly the author saying it can only be interpreted one way is wrong, that limits the impact.

@Leyuann I love it. I don't think the storyline is that great, and it's too... lengthy and slow. BUT there's something in it that makes up for it. The graphics? The soundtracks? The light cycles? The... QUORRA? I dunno. But I love it love it love it xD

this is just like in avatar with jake and neytiri. the question that always comes up in my mind is who exactly r these people falling in luv with??? in avatar for example, neytiri falls in luv with jake's avatar, but never actually meets him until the end of the movie. and in this movie, sam basically falls in luv with a computer program that isnt even human......

I thought Quorra was going to be this butt-kicking-super-female-vixe­n-type of character, and it surprised me (in a very good way!) that she had a lot of depth to her also. All the characters did. =)

I liked how Quorra exuded a virtuous compassion not often seen or expected in the typical action film gender role for female characters. As much as I'm up for tough, sarcastic, asskicking women such as Sarah Connor, Starbuck, and Trinity, it was a nice change to see an action heroine who was outwardly expressive of her emotions, sincerity and curiosity being her most notable ones.
