well that was schnide, what a waste of cash...if you are so incapable that you can't handle a sheet of sandpaper this isn't going to improve your game as you will be lacking basic motor skills.
I can see the application of this if you were required to re-tip many cue sticks, but if you are just doing one this is more a novelty really and would end up taking longer to set up than just sanding by eye.
The Pocket Lathe by Nivecraft is designed to hold a one piece snooker cue or a regular one piece cue. You will need to have a long table to spin it on but it works great. Michael Niver, President, Nivecraft
You are correct as long as you accept the quality and repeatability that all human eyes alone can produce. I designed this product to make a cheap and simple but accurate and repeatable process for a consistent result that will improve your game.
it works nice only on the youtube :(

It doesn't appear as if the casters would hold a snooker cue.

Wonder how it would work with a drill fixed to the bottom end?
Also - How many would die?!?

No other product at this cheap price will take care of your tip with such great accuracy and consistency

However some practice and a sheet of sandpaper in your hand will produce the same result.
