I found this video yesterday and did the meditation, but it was in the morning so I did it again at night. I had some really intense dreams. They weren't nightmares or anything, just felt like heavy emotional gunk. And there were three different ones, all having to do with intense experiences/aspects of my life. I really feel like it was this meditation at work, I woke up this morning feeling quite different. I'm very thankful I found your video..I will be coming back for sure. God bless you.

@UnoRaza Thats good, I encourage you to do it again. A persons sexual fluid makes the body feel very bright only if it flows upward. It only takes about two weeks or something like that to eliminate sexual desire. Thats what the gnostic gospels are talking about, and people are still scratching their heads trying to figure them out.They use alot of metophors. Jesus says the same thing in the gnostic gospel as buddah says. Get rid of worldly desires and most of all fleshly

There are many distractions that may be getting in the way; it seems I'm in some sort of spiritual battle.

Have you heard of strange interactions with WILD animals/birds? I actually had two major events with huge birds within 30 days. One a Great White Owl and the other the Great Blue Heron; the latter led to the Christian gnostics.

@zoehanson999 pt. 2 Within one hour of taking photos of the Heron I'm reading about the Cathars and their "OC, Bird of Light", the same damn bird; the details on the Owl were stranger.

Funny you should quote Thomas, as the Christian Gnostics had the answers to my questions, and it seemed like I was led there by the nose.
