haha yeah if the application uses 1-4 cores only a 2500k at 4.0Ghz will beat my cpu. if it uses 5 or 6 cores i will be faster (But no games do). the 7970? Yeah it's gonna be a great card, it might be the performance of my two 470's or close to it.
