  • can you review the Hoyt pro-hawk ??

  • Two days ago I just bought one Elite, it's nothing fancy, but good as a kind of weapon.

  • great review of what looks a superb bow, its on the wish list, cheers.

  • hi, i wonder if you could do a review on the hoyt contender elite?

  • I got my alpha elite yesterday mine would have been made a few months after he got his. mine does not have the rattle in the limb pockets, and the came lean is very small on the top limb only. maby thay correct it. or maby the luck of the draw.

  • Your videos are realy helpful ! (even if I don't understand everything)

Will you do other videos on about Hoyt compound bow ?

  • Is Blue bow the Cobalt blue? It looks quite a bit darker than what I'm used to.. Very nice shade of blue.. Thanks for your detailed reviews.

  • @antler65 Cobalt blue

  • how did you order them and how much were they?

  • @aznwithavoice We sell them and they cost around £960.00

  • Mine turned up this morning, but I would like to hear your opinion.

  • @gingercoastie i have finally put the other 2 videos up giving just that.

  • Will you be doing a video of the Hoyt Carbon Matrix.

  • @gingercoastie yes, when I get one of the 2011 models. I'm back ordered on them along with alot of other people.

  • The twisted up yoke is just to adjust cam lean on top, man. That's all. I do that to my own Hoyt bows (I usually add a static when replacing the harnessing). In fact, I'll mess with everything to eliminate every bit of cam lean I can, even verified on a drawboard while using a laser. LOL We archers can be some pains in the butt, huh?

That rattling spacer is not good, though. It doesn't really hurt anything, but it'd sure be annoying and should be happening on something that expensive.

  • When will you upload part 2, where you actually shoot the bow ?

  • @CaptainHurricane Almost finshed. It will be up in a few days time.

  • Very interesting!

What would be your general statement on the single cam vs dual cam design question?

  • @dullbrass Good question. I would say it is more to do with the application of the design rather than the concept itself. If I had to make a decision I would favour twin cams for target shooting.
