I think it kindof sucks, how Karate used to be such a hard style, after reading stories of all the old masters, who literally shed their own blood to prove their style in real brutal combat...

But nowadays, you may as well do meditation instead of karate, its been softened up way too much for my liking. apart from some kyokushin
